Kimberly is a fourth-year Psychology (B.S.) major and President of the Pre-Occupational Therapy Club, where she previously served as Secretary. In her role, she is dedicated to fostering professional development, peer mentorship, and helping students prepare for careers in occupational therapy. Her goals include raising awareness of the profession’s impact and creating opportunities for volunteering and networking. In addition to her leadership roles, Kimberly works part-time as an Occupational Therapy Aide at a hand therapy clinic and volunteers with Karate for All. She also has prior experience as a behavior technician, supporting individuals through ABA therapy. Passionate about the field, Kimberly is eager to continue her OT journey and hopes to inspire and connect with other pre-OT students.

Kenneth is a third-year Public Health Sciences major, and the Vice President of the UCI Pre-Occupational Therapy Student Society. As an aspiring occupational therapist, he is passionate about the rehabiliation field and what OTs do in their daily work, dedicated to spreading more knowledge about OT, especially to college students still figuring out their pursued career. Kenneth has experience shadowing and volunteering at a pediatric OT clinic, as well as a senior nursing facility, as well as works in a behavioral medicine research lab dedicated to cancer survivorship and recovery. He is excited to meet new students who are interested in pursuing the OT field and would love to share his experiences with others.

Duaah is a fourth-year Psychological Sciences major and secretary of the Pre-Occupational Therapy Club. In this role, she is dedicated to keeping those within the club informed, responsible for creating all powerpoints for meetings, and keeping the website up to date with any news or events about the club. In addition to her role, she works as a Physical Therapy Aide and volunteers at a hand therapy clinic. She is eager to inspire those interested in the field of Occupational Therapy and she hopes to explore new opportunities by being involved in the club!

Jaclyn is a second-year Public Health Sciences major and Director of Fundraising of the Pre-Occupational Therapy Club. In this role, she supports the club by organizing fundraisers, managing the budget, and overseeing the club’s bank account to create opportunities for members interested in pursuing OT. She is excited to combine creativity, science, psychology, and education with rehabilitation and individualized care. Jaclyn hopes to explore more opportunities in the world of OT with like-minded individuals who share the same dedication to helping others!

Taia is a fourth-year Biological Sciences major with a strong passion for the intersections of health, science, and community care. Throughout her studies, she has explored diverse areas of biology ranging from molecular mechanisms to ecological systems, while also gaining experience in applied research projects. Taia is actively preparing for a career in Occupational Therapy, where she hopes to indulge in her scientific background with her dedication to rehabilitation, patient advocacy, and holistic well-being. She is motivated by her interest in combining biology with real-world problem solving in the pediatric setting.

Isabel is a third-year Psychological Science and Education sciences double major who is currently the Outreach Chair for UC Irvine’s Pre Occupational Therapy Student Society. She is responsible for organizing relevant guest speakers and out-of-school opportunities as well as keeping positive club relations. She is overjoyed to have a field that encapsulates her love for working with children, deep interest in psychology, and passion for helping others all in one. She is currently beginning an internship as an aide at a pediatric Occupational Therapy clinic in addition to being a research assistant with the
